I've been on for a good while and ever since April 15th I haven't been able to log in and it's been having problems. I've tried making a new account,I re typed my password and username and other accounts (like my friends) have somehow gotten in and I want to know why mine doesn't work

I tried to log in to my account with my email and password, but it still not working and keeps showing Error: authentication_failed on the site. I beg of you, please fix this problem.
