1 hour guarantee site not working and cashier didn't give out pickup ticket

Received one hour guarantee for 65" TV at 6:15.  Was told by associate that tvs were available in Tire and Auto for pickup.

Waited in checkout lines, paid cashie.  She asked if we were picking up tonight.  We said yes, she instructed us to drive to rear of store to  Tire and Auto for pickup.

At  Tire and Auto they said that the TV was available but they could not gtive it to us as the cashier was required to give us a special pickup ticket and sent us back into manager.  Manager said if we didn't receive the  special pickup ticket from cashier then we were required to go home and register at WalMart's 1 hour guarantee site. 

We tried that using the assigned TC # on our ticket.  Website says that our TC# does not apply to the  1 hour guarantee online registration.  Must contact store where purchased was made to correct issue.

Contacted store and after several conversations and 30 minutes later, they told us that either the site was overloaded and down or the cashier didn't process purchase properly.  Keep trying the website and if that doesn't work after 24 hours, then come into store after Black Friday and they will attemp to correct the issue.
