Slow response? How about no response

When trying to log in, I get this message. "Online Banking is experiencing temporary slowed system response. While we are resolving the situation, we want to help you get to where you are going:"
Uhh, no. It's not just slow because I have no option of logging in at all. There is no place to enter my username or password and I've tried multiple times over the last hour.
