Slow response? How about no response

When trying to log in, I get this message. "Online Banking is experiencing temporary slowed system response. While we are resolving the situation, we want to help you get to where you are going:" Uhh, no. It's not just slow because I have no option of logging in at all. There is no place to enter my username or password and I've tried multiple times over the last hour.

IN CA you can check your account activity but can not make transfers.

Yes, back up in CA, but transfers are not working.

Balance detail display and Bill Pay works in California. Don't know about transfers.
