An e-mail to customer service returned an idiotic automated message. Appears that all aspects of operations suck - IT, Customer service. Found my product on Amazon. Tried Walmart to begin with for the store pickup part.
Maybe it's high time Walmart outsourced fulfillment to Amazon.
