Initial login failed to Umpqua from Columbia

Security code not being sent to phone number indicated. To see if there was any response to failed sending of code, I entered 000000 in security field. Indication of incorrect code was immediate. Now even my User ID is not being accepted. Total failure and unable to access Personal On Line Banking.
