Unable to access my account online

I have not been able to access my account online for a week and keep getting the response:
"Access Denied - You are unauthorized to access this resource"
What is going on? I am desperate to get this resolved as I rely 100% on online access as I am staying overseas for 6 months each and every year. I have tried to call 1-866-486-7782 but this number is not available to talk to an agent at off-hours and my time zone is 15 hours ahead of PST.
