STILL UNABLE TO USE ONLINE BANKING
This is now TWO STRAIGHT WEEKS that online banking has been down. I called the local branch & they read me an email that said to put in the URL - THAT DOES NOT WORK EITHER!!!!! The number they give to call has a two hour wait time - I know because I have tried 4 different times. No one can tell me what is going on - a vague they did an update.......well I was NOT born yesterday & I know there is more to it than that. What the deal? Have u been hacked? Are you going under? This is not a normal, everyday occurrance is the greatest banking inconvenience I have ever experienced. Password reset does not work either - says it can't reset & directs to me you s!*tty customer service 2 hour hold time that still can't do anything to help. GET IT TOGETHER, people!!!!! Your IT people suck & Im going to the news media about this.......
