Can't log in on to Redcard and can't register account

I've had my card over 3 years. I've NEVER been able to register my card or access my online account. I've called customer service a dozen times. They try to fix it, for about 10 mins. When that doesn't work, they disconnect me. How am I supposed to be able to go paperless, manage my account, pay my bill? So frustrating. Once I get this card paid off, I am closing my account. This is NOT worth my time and effort. I'll shop somewhere else for sure.
