Can't log in on to Redcard and can't register account

I've had my card over 3 years.  I've NEVER been able to register my card or access my online account.  I've called customer service a dozen times.  They try to fix it, for about 10 mins.  When that doesn't work, they disconnect me.  How am I supposed to be able to go paperless, manage my account, pay my bill?  So frustrating.  Once I get this card paid off, I am closing my account.  This is NOT worth my time and effort.  I'll shop somewhere else for sure.

I've not been able to login to manage my Red Card online, for months now. Each time I get a message saying that my login ID and password are not correct. When I select forgot user name and password, fill in my account number and then the last four digits of my SS#, I get a window that says my SS# is not valid. I've had the card since the early '90's. I know that my SS# is correct.

I see, online, that many other folks have problems logging in.
