Can't add items to cart, can't checkout

For about a month now I have been unable to add items to my cart or checkout with what was already in my cart. Walmart "customer service" has been utterly useless and claiming it's a problem with me (even though the SAME problem happens on EVERY browser on EVERY device - Windows AND iOS!) and they refuse to acknowledge that this is a big problem with many customers.
It's 2015, Walmart: if you can't find the technology to form a simple checkout page, then GTFO. Idiots.
