comcast customer support tried to blame it on ie version 10. But it is a problem for me regardless of what browser I use. It's inaccessible more often
than not going on three days now, actually seems to be worse today. Usually it times out and says try again later. However twice I have gotten
screens where they say they are working on a problem. Something is really messed up on their end as far as I am concerned.
