Email access has been intermittant for last three days

comcast customer support tried to blame it on ie version 10. But it is a problem for me regardless of what browser I use. It's inaccessible more often than not going on three days now, actually seems to be worse today. Usually it times out and says try again later. However twice I have gotten screens where they say they are working on a problem. Something is really messed up on their end as far as I am concerned.

Talked to Comcast at 11am July 11. Said there was problem and will be fixed in 3 hours. It is now 10 hours later and still no email.

E-mail has been down since some time last night. I cannot access any of our e-mail accounts. I've tried using my phone and my computer. nither works so it cannot be a browser issue.

Mine has been down since yesterday. When I log in, my account summary no longer includes my Internet service -- even though I am still using it. The customer service rep can see that I am subscribed, but no idea why the email has disappeared. She says there has been some national problem, referred it to tech support, and gave me a case #. She said "If it isn't resolved in 24-48 hours, call back to see if anybody was assigned to the case"!!!!

I have not been able to access my comcast email since 7-14-13. I have called comcast 3 times and each person gives me a different story, but still not email.

e-mail from comcast has been intermittent for over a month. Sometimes you can't log on and other times your using e-mail and it drops off.. I have had comcast internet for over 5 years and like th speed. I am considering switching providers. DO NOT PUBLISH MY NAME AND E-MAIL ADDRESS.
