Mine has been down since yesterday. When I log in, my account summary no longer includes my Internet service -- even though I am still using it. The customer service rep can see that I am subscribed, but no idea why the email has disappeared. She says there has been some national problem, referred it to tech support, and gave me a case #. She said "If it isn't resolved in 24-48 hours, call back to see if anybody was assigned to the case"!!!!
