Have been trying since 1030am on 2/16/19 to log in/ GEt a page saying to call another number. I call the nnumner & go thru trying to pay online...then I am directed to another number where a recording comes on & tells me they are having system maintenance & to call back in 3-4 hours.

Have been trying for a week to sign into Citicards website to get yearly summaries of my accounts. All I get is Account temporarily down, with an apology. On the phone, they have no answers as to WHY the website is down, and nothing on the news like it was with Wells Fargo.
