unable to log into my citi card account

very difficult to log in...then when i do get in the site shuts down or gets frozen...sign out and try to sign in and when i click on sign in...nothing

Unable to log in for many days. Could access my account only once since Christmas 2012. No explanation by CitiBank. Curiously no reports in Google News.
