ssl error on mobile app

Within seconds of opening app it displays ssl error and closes.

From the app page, "If you are seeing an error message and unable to access the app, please complete the following steps:

• Update the ‘Android System WebView’"

I did that and the mobile app started right up.

I hit Disable and returned "Android System WebView" to factory version and then Citi app worked.
