Slow MyCiti site and many features will not load

It looks like they've updates the MyCiti website and the new site is pretty bad.  The site struggles to load anything if it loads at all.  Many of the features do not work and you get an error message.  I had to have customer support assist me in paying my bill for this month because I could not get the site to work. Even after making the payment I could not physically verify that it had gone through.

I hope that they fix it soon, this doesn't give me a lot of confidence about Citi.
