Tried to sign on to check balance etc. - was redirected to https://online.citibank.com/overloaded.html
and received this message: "We're sorry, but this site is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Just called customer service 800 # - they said that the site will be down for "a couple of hours" while they are going through maintenance. Svc Rep claims the site was fine yesterday (I did not try it myself yesterday). Note - I also got the same error using Myciti.com.
