site down for 3 days

I can log on, but unable to transfer monies from one account to another. I called, and they tell me there is problem, and it's been going on for 3 days, and they are working on it. OK, so why don't they mention it on their websites and tell people ??? I have spent a few hours over the last few days ,on the phone trying to get a human to speak to, and their service is getting worse by the month. Real bad.
