This has been going on all day with all Citibank account, Home Depot, CitiCard, etc. It's very disconcerting not to know why we can't access our accounts, and Citicard should be alerting customers as to whether this is an assault from hackers or an issue with their programmers. Come on, we pay enough! Be forthcoming!
Unable to download account detail in financial program and can't log in to Visa. I have a commercial Home Depot account issued through Citi as well as a Citi Visa. In the last week I've have several email reminders that payments are due. This is unusual. Perhaps they are overloading their own systems.
