Same problem since uograding to Latest update. Complains that upgrade needed, even though no newer available.

I having the same issue since downloading the latest virsion.  When launching Citi mobile app a winow pops up stating "It's Time To Update".  To continue using the Citi Mobile App you'll have to update now.
