I can't login to the site. It's been down all weekend. I called the service center on Sat and Sun and both times they told me it would "be up in 2-3 hours"

On sat, I could login but no account history was available (no statements other than Jan).  On Sun, I couldn't get into the account at all.  It simply says, "we've encountered an issue."  Screen shot attached.
