I cannot log into my account

I have been trying to log on to my account for over a week now and it won't let me. I had to call to make a payment, they waved the $14.95 phone fee just this one time. How do I get a statement through regular mail

You're right, the site is down for some reason... i called to citibank this morning to unblock my account (i thought i had typed a wrong password). The representative told me that the problem in fact was a wrong password several times (i was sure it was ok), he never mentioned a problem in the site... well, i called and he said everything is ok now and i can log in as usual with same password, i just tried and wasn't able to access.... feel frustrated!
