Four days now!!!!! How can a bank as big as Citi deny their customers access for four days????

Citibank Online has been down for 4 days now. I've called customer service. They apologize and gave me an excuse "Our tech people are on this around the clock." They tell me my balance but I can't make any transactions online. Guys,I've got bills to pay. Maybe I need to get out that box of paper checks. .
