Can login to account OK but when trying to generate a VAN, I get error 1031. This has been going on for several days.
Same error on both the web site and the PC standalone app.
Windows 7, 64 bit uptodate.
Rebooting does not help.

I've experienced the same thing (error 1031) for the last 2 weeks. If you go through the main page and click on "get a virtual account number", you also get a "we've experienced an issue" message with error code [xxxx].
customer service told me that Error Code 1031 is because I changed the contact number (and I have to wait 2 weeks until I can get a VAN)
