This has been going on all day with all Citibank account, Home Depot, CitiCard, etc. It's very disconcerting not to know why we can't access our accounts, and Citicard should be alerting customers as to whether this is an assault from hackers or an issue with their programmers. Come on, we pay enough! Be forthcoming! Glad you could pay your bill, the phone line is unbelievable!
You can pay by calling the cust serv # on back of credit card or on statement if you have a paper one, or have saved stmts to PDF on your computer. They will so have to waive any fee they'd normally charge for ph pmts, not sure they even have a fee for those.
