The customer service rep said the date it will be fixed is "indeterminate" ! This is not helpful or hopeful.

The site crashes at least 3-4 times during a session.
The online chat is inoperative.
Once you link an external account there is not link to unlink it-even thought they say to use "accounts requiring validation link" which doe not exist.
There is no direct way to send a message to customer service.
