Citibank Site NOT down - Use Explorer

Site:
It looks like some tech geek chose to update the site and didn't try and validate it worked on all browsers. Citibank site is down and blank on Firefox but DOES work on Microsoft Explorer. Good luck.

I am trying to login into the credit cards link - https://www.accountonline.com/cards/svc/OutsideView.do?forward=PreRegister&siteId=CB After filling in my login credentials, I get this message -Please wait while we retrieve your account detail - and this is forever. I have tried in Chrome and IE8 but with same results. Some time back the BoA website was down for a whole day. Whats going on with these financial institutions? They invest so much in IT and still we have to see this day.

Citi is shameless. Seriously if you can't provide a working website at least 50% of the time then get out of the damn business. EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have issues just trying to make a darn payment. Logs you out for 'security' everytime you click on something after login and gives you the message 'We haven't seen you for a while' REALLY??? And God forbid you end up calling them. And to add insult to injury they charge late fees when THEIR SITE IS NOT WORKING. UGHHH

Since May 23rd, 2013, I have been receiving the message "Server Error" after submitting my login on Firefox (ver 21). Chrome and IE seem to work OK, but it is a nuisance to have to switch browsers. I've talked to Citi, and they of course blame Firefox. I have started FF in safe mode, cleared cookies, cleared cache, and have updated JAVA and cleared its cache. Nothing seems to help. Any fixes, suggestions, help, other than switching browsers?
