Tried at 8 this morning and all day long -- 5 pm now and it's still down. What gives!!

This has been going on all day with all Citibank account, Home Depot, CitiCard, etc. It's very disconcerting not to know why we can't access our accounts, and Citicard should be alerting customers as to whether this is an assault from hackers or an issue with their programmers. Come on, we pay enough! Be forthcoming!
