the sites been down for almost a month
i was late with my payment due to this, they dont send me paper bills in the mail. this sucks, i am never late in payments. terrible service. closing it ASAP, lost one customer

I AGREE!! I have had problems getting on thier site for few weeks now and when I call tech support the asian that I can'y understand is SO NOT HELPFUL telling me its problems with my computer!!! They are about to loose me and I've been a long time customer! SO SICK OF THIS!!
I heard on the news that Citi has been one of the banks being hit hardest with the Denial of Service internet attacks, probably coming from Iran. They've tried to bring down several large banks and other financial sites. You sure can't blame Citi for being attacked, but you can blame them for lying and telling less than you hear on NBC news. Jeez.
