Can't log on to Citicards site to pay bill!

It happens very often – none of Citi login sites are working properly. This is ridiculous and annoying. Can management do something or they don’t give a …. Probably Citi Corp has not enough money to pay some good team of programmers to fix what needs to be fix. What a shame ! Your complaints do nothing!
