can't log into my Citi credit card

Since yesterday, whenever I enter my username and password, I get an "unknown error" message.

April 1, today, I keep getting GENERAL ERROR when trying to view my account. Just wondering if this is temporary.

I am getting GENERAL ERROR today as well.

I called Citicard and they are swamped with calls. I feel better knowing it's not just my account that is having difficulty signing in. I guess we just have to wait a while.
