The sire displays "temporary delay" which has lasted ALL WEEK. Ironically they also proudly display #1 rated most secure site. Yeah it's so secure their own customers can't get in!!!!

I have had trouble logging into Citibank for the past four 4 months. I never had a problem before but since their so-called migration (to Lord knows where) each month since I have had to do the "lost password" bulls!*te. The new password each new month with the new ID still will not work each following month. Their new system IMHO is a TOTAL mess. Even the email link goes to a page that doesn't work for me. I have had it with this bank enough is enough. We have pristine credit and never minimum on payments. If this is how they are now conducting business I will make sure to take my business and my money elsewhere. I don't trust them.
