IE Explorer returns message that site is down. Firefox message is that cannot complete action.

If you are using Safari on a Mac, I found a workaround.
Go to the website, log in and when you get the spinning prompt that says"Just a Moment Please", open another window
in Safari and go back to the Citibank website. Then click on "Back to My Citi" upper right hand side.
Takes you right in.

Can not log into my account using Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and not even Firefox. Google says redirect loop, Internet Explorer 8 says site is down, Firefox unable to load
When I talked to them yesterday they gave me the impression that there is no problem on their end.
They have a BIG problem and are not aware of it.
I am having same issue on all 3 browsers. Cust serv worked with me for 20 minutes. No resolutuion and claim it is working fine.
