I cannot get on to Citibank to pay my credit card bill. This is the only way I can pay. When will it be up? Will I be charged a penalty if the site is not up by the 16th? I repeat, this is the only way that I can pay my bill right now as I am out of town. Please let me know.
im on east coast and i cant login into the site has of 4pm yesterday and all my login is correct
