cannot log into account - "sign on" button doesn't do anything

Even my small local bank can get this one right.

When I try to go to https://creditcards.citi.com/ and enter my credentials, the sign on button shows as a link if you hover but when you click it, NOTHING.  This has been going on now for over 6 hours.

As with other people, nothing happens when I click the "Sign On" button. I'm using IE9 in Windows 7. I called tech support and was given another site to try: universalcard.com. It works, but it's a bit buggy. Firefox also works, but I prefer IE9, so I think Citi still has problems and needs to fix things.
