Cannot log in to citibank online website or myciti

It's going on for 9 days now, we called customer service, but nothing changed. We have 3 computers, laptop - cannot log in from any of them. Here is screenshot:

I have been having problems with this site for a couple months! I am close to canceling all my cards and goint to Chase, can't deal with this....
