I am so sick of your screwed up website. I am not even sure my payments will even go through. You are slow to react in every transaction. I do not believe your promotions are worth the misery.

1:10 AM PDT 4/18/2017: sign in leads to blank screen.
Now even trying to access "citibank.com" leads to a
blank screen at address "https://online.citi.com/US/login.do"/\.
