Has been down since 8:00 AM EST. Rep said then they expected 3 more hrs of non-service.
It's now 3pm...that's 8hrs!!

Looks like it went faulty around 6:45 PM on Sunday. This is getting ridiculous though.
Yes this is very frustrating. I have to make few payments due today & I have to keep checking every few mins if the website came back online.
I'd be willing it is due to the recent update from microsoft forcing the minimum RSA encryption to 1024. That patch broke some things at my work also.
Still down at 8:25 pm CT on Monday 10-15. I called & made a phone payment & they did not charge the usual fee for doing that. Agent said the site might be down for another 24 to 48 hours.
