Has been unreachable since Jan 4th in the afternoon.

CALottery.com is one of a handful of seemingly random sites that I am aware have been unreachable most of the time since Jan. 4th, around 5 AM.  The first outage lasted for about 2 hours, and then ALL the known affected sites came back at the same time.  Later, they were unreachable again.  Sites include; CALottery.com, Chase.com, AmericanExpress.com, AGConnect.AmGreetings.com, and CreditSesame.com.

CreditSesame.com is the only site that was affected in the first outage that has continued to work, the others are unreachable most of the time, but occasionally will work (every few hours or so).

Is there a DNS issue, or a more sinister DDosS attack occurring?  Nobody seems to know anything.

I am in San Diego, CA with RoadRunner (TWC) as my service provider.  The problem appears to occur outside of their control, after

the packets leave their servers.  Please share if you have any information.
