My phone has been cut off including the internet

Boost apparently suspended my account I can't call out or do anything I can only use the Wi-Fi in my home to use my phone. There's no formal complaint of what I've done wrong they just shut it down which is I guess in their contract that they can shut down for any reason.

Now I'm trying to get it back on or I might have to switch to another phone service provider
