Boost One App and Boost mobile Website inaccessible

It's been over a full day now and their site or app is still not up. All I see is 'pardon our dust' message on the app.  It has to be something catastrophic for the outage to last this long.  I used to work in IT before I retired.  If we had let a customer facing app be down for over a day, some heads surely would have rolled.  And no, telling customers for over a day that we are working diligently to restore service is not an acceptable communication to customers who've been waiting to get into their accounts.  How about sending out an email to all customers explaining what is going on and when service is expected to be restored. Or how about a text message on our phones?

Haven't been able to use boost one app or website, everyone should be compensated it's been few days

This is insane, it's Sunday afternoon and still nothing.  I even tried calling the 833 Boost number and they literally have a recording that says basically the same thing...we're having a system issue, working hard to fix it, blah blah blah...and then it just hangs up, doesn't even allow you to get through to speak with someone. I'm really starting to hate this company.
