Unable to access banking via the web or the mobile app for BBVA USA. Been having issues for a week now.

The BBVA APP has been down or not working properly throught the Cristmas break and now I cannot access my online account at all. What is going on?
When I first tried to log on I got a screen that said my account was locked, and to change my password. Very official looking page, yet somehow not quite right. So I shut that down & tried again. Then I got the message that online and mobile are not available.
