Cannot access BBT online at all. Now I have been on hold with BBT Online 1-888-278-6654 for 30 minutes already just listening to the same crap over & over & over again. Not one human has responded.

Website is still down at 4:11pm. Tried calling the 1-888 # for assistance and was on hold for 20 minutes and never got to speak to anyone.
