I opened new account first week December 2016, and as of today 01/27/2017 every time I try to access my account I get a message that the Server has an issue. I have never been able to access my account.

have using BBT.com for years for online banking. No problems. However as of 2/1/17 I have been unable to reach the site on my home computer. My internet provider has ck'd and double ck'd everything! says its not the isp. when i try to access the site get an error message: 18.deac45ae.1486603302.16131a8
Can you please tell me what this error is and why my access to my longtime acct. is now blocked...very frustrated!!
