Still down. Waited 30 minutes for a cust service rep tell me my IP was being blocked, then asked for my IP address so they could "unblock" it. Complete lies and incompetence. Won't even admit that they are down.
I need to know my balance. I have had reports someone is trying to access my account. HELP!!!!
This site has been unavailable numerous times lately...I too need to check my balance, pay some bills, move some money around so i don't over draw my checking account....but I can't get it.
