Haven’t been able to log in to mobile app or online, blocked from website

havent Been able to log into my account online or on the app, it states for security purposes and I've changed my password numerous times but I am still denied access, if I use someone else's phone I can get on the website but that's about it.

Whenever I try to log into the mobile app, it directs me to an atlternate pages after logging in my credentails. The website was dias.bank.truist.com but the page was empty/blank with a White screen. I cannot log on to do or check anything and I am very upset.
