Can't get into website or login to online banking

I just tried thru my browser and got this error:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

I have been trying to get logged into BB&T on line banking since January 2nd and so far no success. I live in the Netherlands and rely on, on line banking to do all my US banking needs.
