after entering login i get an IE message....cannot display the webpage. Some times I get to enter password but once the next page loads I cannot open checking history page.

According to a BB&T Tec Support, they had a problem with their website due to high volumn of traffic cause by pranksters. It affected the real customers from logging on. They claimed the fixed it but have not. I have been trying to log on for days and have spend countless hours on hold or talking to call center employees only to be left without being able to access my account. I have been able to logon using Firefox. I do however get an error page that says unable to connect, do you want to retry, just hit retry and you should get in. You can try calling yourself (888-228-6654)and leave countless messages as well, maybe if enough people inundate their telephone lines they might do something about it !
