Connection to the home page is sporadic. When a connection is made accessing any other component of the site creates an error. BB&T is clearly experiencing serious technical issues with both the corporate website and online platform.

Web site has been down for at least the last 1/2 hour and is still down. Called the on-line support number but no answer.
